"We are people who want to play dress-up all day."

I've been at Tesco all day today, and I cannot tell you how good it felt when 6.30pm came round.  I thought I'd write a quick update post as I've been asked a few things on Twitter regarding my new username.

The lovely Katie Piper in our showroom a few weeks back.

As you all know, for the past 11 weeks I have been interning for Push PR and I was due to start my last week on Monday *shivers at the thought*. Well I had a very exciting talk with the Director of Push PR and was asked if I would stay on as part of the team whilst at University.  Of course I jumped at the opportunity, if anyone had told me at the beginning of all this that I would end up as an Online PR Executive, I would have said "yeah, and pigs will fly too".  With this change, came a new twitter username so if you wonder who @PushPRNicola is - it's me! *waves*  I'm really excited to see where Push PR will take me, but I will continue writing no matter what.

If you have read my blog from the start, you'll also know that I love The Saturdays.  After watching their latest music video for All Fired Up (above), I became more obsessed with Mollie Kings hair.  It's SO blonde.  I've been due to get my hair done for a while now, but with Push and Tesco, I just haven't had the time.  I took the plunge and booked a cut and colour - but this time I'm going for an all over colour instead of my standard highlights.  I cannie wait to show you my hair once it is as bright as the sun!

I start back at university in a few weeks and I'm really looking forward to it.  For one, we wont be first years any more and for two we have some exciting modules, including Catwalk Reports and Feature Writing.

I hope you all have an amazing weekend!

For the love of Maxi.

18ANDEAST are fast becoming one of my favourite fashion lines.  They are a breath of fresh air from the currently regurgitated high street we've come to know.  Starting off as a vintage brand, their clothing line takes elements from the vintage world, mixing it with current season trends.  The S/S11 collection has a distinctive Festival ready vibe to it.  I now own three dresses and my latest purchase, could quite possibly be my favourite.

£32

This is the Dip Dyed Fringed Maxi dress and she's an absolute beaut.  It's made from jersey and had a tie at the waist which is great to cinch in the waist.  My favourite feature, of course, has to be the dip dyed fringing on the neckline.

Taking on two trends at once, this is quite a striking neckline.  When I first saw this I thought it was perhaps styled with a statement necklace.

I'll be wearing this through the summer with my denim jacket over the top with gladiator sandals or heels.  I think it will still be quite cool to wear next season, teaming it with a chunky knit or a black studded biker jacket.

Celebrities are also fans of the brands with the likes of Katie Piper and Eliza Doolittle sporting them to events.  Check out more of 18ANDEAST's clothing here.

March Favourites and a cry for help.

Here we are again, another month gone.  Here are some pictures that sum up my month, what i've been watching, what i've been reading, what i've been wearing etc.

"absence is to love, what the wind is to fire, when it’s a small fire the wind kills it but when it’s a real fire it intensifies It, you see the thing is that the most important relationship you have in your life is with yourself, because no matter what happens you will always be with yourself” - DVF

I wish this was my make up collection...

Right, my cry for help is pretty much because I've been on the look out for Urban Decays Naked Palette (above).  I'm going shopping tomorrow and wondered if anyone knew of places that sell Urban Decay, apart from Boots and Debenhams.
